Nope, not you. I'm refering to something else completely (ie missing files etc)

Oaky doaky doo, new shots for you appraisal...

Hauling a heavy coal train up the NYMR.

Rounding the corner under bridge 33. Boiler pressure is dropping and the fireman can't wait to get to Goathland for a cuppa and heart attack
Points to note: the tender is a bodged-together version of the J27's, and needs a lot of work yet; the physics are still in a very rough and ready state and need much tweaking; animations are in, but I have still not found a way to slove the "bouncing conrod" problem.
Finally, I have cheated a bit on the model. I tried to model the 3 sets of valve gear (all Stevenson curved link type in between the frames), but had a nervous breakdown trying to animate all the little gewgaws and wotsits. Does anyone know if I can use some sort of bone or IK technique to do all the animation for me in Gmax?
Also note that despite being pictured on the YCR, it will most likely NOT appear on the first CD release.
Thanks for your continued support,

**BUMP!**
Just another shot; not a lot has happened externally to the loco as I have been fiddling with .eng files to get them feeling right. Work on the tender continues, and a large re-working of the textures is underway to improve their quality. Once that is done the real work begins: adding mind-crippling amounts of detail and building a cabview, as well as maybe building some stock and a couple of activities to go with it.

TTFN,

Last one for a while. The model of the loco is nearing completion; it just needs some more fine detail adding, animations fine-tuned and a crew and lamps added (as FreightAnim shapes). Sound work is complete; I am just awaiting permissions. The first render on the cabview is rendered, and requires animating, subject to fine tuning and further details being added.

**Note: lamps added cosmetically by Shape Viewer**
I'll get back when there is something else to show. See you all soon!

Hi
Could some very light weathring be added, just to show a contrast between the black on the boiler and running plate etc? Its a shame because it hides a lot of the detail, and few locos were completely matt black anyway. Superb looking model by the way, and with properly synced sounds should be great!
Cheers
