Why a new hymek? We have perfectly good ones already  . And a 7076 in that livery too ;)

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE PERMISSION OF THE MODEL AUTHORS BEFORE UPLOADING THESE MODELS.

Thank you.

Hi

They look great, lets just hope that Hit Entertainment dont see this, as they might get a bit uppety regarding the copyright of the faces.

HIT Entertainment are the copyright owners to Thomas.

I am wary of accepting any further Thomas uploads to the site, of all the people whose copyrights are being breached on the site they are the one group who are almost certain to get bitchy about it.

I've tried to contact them and, much like writing to any email address on a web site, I was ignored - but that doesn't automatically grant the right to abuse the copyright.

Not sure how to approach it, easiest solution unfortunately is to keep the damage limited as far as possible and say I'd rather they weren't uploaded to here. If you wish to put them elsewhere and link to them, that's not a problem for me :)

Matt.

hey hey hey :o
What's with the donald and douglas?! Didn't Daz upload a pack of them a while back?

Hyemk...I'm hoping you aren't making that one Bear as I've already done that.

Daisy....meh....could use some work.
Arry and Bert ... didn't David upload those? ...I thought you uploaded them :-?
Salty is fine though.

Matt
We already have many models uploaded already :) If anyone is going to get blamed it should at least be the fans who made the models. Also since Daz has abandoned the route entirely (even got rid of MSTS), he's passed the models onto me. I'll be working on finishing his Thomas, Percy, Toby and all his other models that we've been waiting for 8)
I also have to get back to work on Bill and Ben/ Judy and Alfred. So expect the twins in august, and the others sometime between now and then :)

actually I ony worked on them for a few months (about 4 I think? but then got too bogged down with getting ready for school and, once school started, school work and school shows. So over the past 6 months I've done nothing on them :( )

But since Daz's models only really need to be cleaned up and animated, I think they will be done first and relatively soon (though...expect me to be bogged down with more homework :-? so it won't be like next week they're done.)

no you don't get it. It's all gone. Daz deleted it all :-? Everything. I even tried talking to him about just doing Thomas' Branch or even just Edward's Branch just to get something done but he deleted it all anyways.

Trainmad....it's over. After I release these models I too am quitting. :(
