I always seem to be doing about 10 projects at once - here's one that is now in final beta testing...

The Terriers have to be the nicest looking tank engines ever made and that model really does them justice 8)

The net is unbelievably slow today and those pictures took an age to download but it was well worth the wait. They don't get any better than that. I thought they were good when you showed me them before Paul, but the finish now is wonderful.

Regards,

You're right Ian, I'll add that to the final version - if nothing odd is spotted in the testing then it should be out in a day or two.
The K&ESR Terriers (A1's) this one is based on have been available on my website for a while.
The model is about 5500 polys (about the same as my big bertha wheelset) with 3 LOD's.

The SECR wagons shown are going to be part of an SECR set with the O1 loco and SECR brake and hopefully some birdcages If I every get the chance to finish them off.

I think the time is right for a Southern takeover :)

Hi Paul

Having just looked at the engine, the only fault's I can find, which are very basic indeed, are that in the photos I am looking at, the tank filler cap (I am sure that's not what they call them..) is black, and also, there should be a yellow (white?) line on the wheel which seperates the green of the spokes from the brown of the wheel rim (which I think should be a bit blacker).

On a photo I have of that livery (on an E1) the line is also on the front of each spoke, for the length of the spoke.

Uploading now.... should be there soon.

Altered wheels, fillers (looks all black in my photo) and 3D coal ;)

The model is as she was just after conversion to A1X in the 1930's
