Didn't a Y7 visit foxfield a few years ago and got painted up? If any pics can be supplied I'll have a bash at it ;)

I don't believe so, but I may be completely wrong!

FRS - Monkton sounds great, and thanks for pointing out those uploads, I'd definatley not noticed that Y7 before :D

I shoul get some Blythe bridge screenshots up tonight or tommorrow - Hopefully ThamesClyde will be able to tell me whether I've overdone the houses a bit!

Ooops  David, it would be absolutley grand if you could do a repaint of her, especially in the weathered condition she's like in that photo.

I'll get around to finishing my NCB wagon set soon. I've still to do the RCH 1923 type and some steel wagons. They were intended for an activity I gave up on.

I have had this waiting for upload but I can't get in touch with the author.

You can also use my BCR locos. Call it Bloggs Colliery Railway.

I'll reletter them if anybody wants.

I got it from http://www.train-sim.com

Conbuilder users will recognise it.
It is a Portugese CP model and is a bit oversized for the UK.
I had to bash it about a bit in Shape File Manager so its not just a repaint.

I've had no reply from the author about uploading it. May be an out of date address.
Hopefully he reads these forums.

Hi

Ian, that looks great.
FRS, Id much prefer it if you spent all your time concentrating on your engine repaints. Asking to do more work when you haven't finished what you've got is one of those things which will probably dissapear when you've got older, as I'm sure many of the older hands on this site will confirm.

Also, you'll be glad to know, that due to a bit of online hunting, I now have 'The Cheadle Collieries and their Railways' by Allan C. Baker (from Black 5 Books, Shrewsbury). This contains some great info and trackplans, so a NCB 50's/60's version of the Foxfield is most definately on the cards, although I have yet to decide whether it will come before the modern version, due the time custom buildings will take to build due to the time constraints of the scenery builders. What do you think.

(also, are there any reccomended books people can point me towards?)
