Could I suggest making the Pic's 640x480?
I always make my pic's this size, as i know some people are still on 800x600. It just makes them better to look at, as you dont have to scroll across sometimes.

Overall though, I like them.
how is the route progressing? It looks a beaut, specially with some modern stock

Thanks for the tip on screen shot image size - it does look much better. Yes, the route is progressing nicely. I have completed all track and stations now - there are 170+ stations on version 3.

In the process of bringing in the DEM data, which is working very smoothly.

Looks great, can't wait for the finished route, It'll be somewhere to run the New Blue arrow AC electrics when they are released.

wow, Euston looks amazing!

I don't suppose (and I'm attempting to plan the route out in my head) that the route goes via willesden Junction, does it? I'm no expert on the area, but I've been there once or twice.

Yes, the route does go via Willesden Junction. I have not done much scenery wise in this area, so I cannot show you anything yet.

I have included the lines coming into Willesden Junction from North Pole Junction, Kensal Green Junction. Acton Wells Junction and Neasden so you can have some good AI traffic moving around as you whizz through the area at 80 mph!!

I have not thought about the form of the release yet. I guess that the final version would be quite large, and Brian and I are also working on getting permissions to have some LMS rolling stock included, so a CD release might be the way to go.

An upgrade will also be posted on the download library for those that have already got version 2 of Merseyside Railways installed.

Thanks Barry, I have been keeping an eye on your impressive progress to date. From what I have seen your version of the WCML will be very much modern day, compared to mine which is based in the early to mid 1960's.

I think that these routes compliment each other rather than compete, and yours is also going to include other areas that mine is not, so keep up the good work.

I see that you are based on Merseyside. I am obviously an Ex Merseysider, now living on the South Coast, but my heart is still very much in the North West when it comes to railways.
