I think posts of simulated train crashes are frowned upon in these forums and by the some model creators and "real" companies like Eurostar who would probably set their legal department on anyone who posted a picture of a Eurostar model crashing/derailing (I guess it's ok to show a real one derailing/crashing as long as it's not in poor taste where loss of life/injury is caused)

I do remember there were some pics of what was probably a 40 engine pile up which may be the ones you are refering to, They went down like led ballon so I doubt there will be anymore posted... Except for the "funny" type of pics eg a train falling though a bridge due to a msts bug.
