Glad you liked it. Tims new collett coaches look good behind it too.

Was there a problem with the supplied tender?

The station and track layout looks great. Looking forward as ever to the new release on CD.

Not sure. I will have to run the activity again but have made some changes. I will post result later.

Forgot to mention Tims coaches. Looking forward to more of the set. My fault with the tender, I just selected the wrong one.

Yep! One track, one platform and a bus shelter.

Will this part of the route be available as a downloadable add-on for people who have already bought the Ruabon-Llangollen-Bala route??

I've only had mine about 2 months and if i'd have have known another CD was going to be necessary i'd have waited a month or two.

Cheers

Dave.

At the moment the route stands at just over 370MBytes before running it through RouteRiter. Not optimistic about getting it under 200MBytes as there are a lot of custom objects which really add to the size and still more to come. It's not possible to do it as an add-on as a lot has been changed on the original section (new track, bridges etc) and having to rebuild the track database.
At first I am going to get a CD version together with all the activities and stock included and hopefully easily installed. Once that’s ready I will try and put together a downloadable version with just a couple of basic activities to get people going (no stock of course). I could not do this with Llangollen Bala as RouteRiter got upset about a couple of items. With the newer versions of RR it's possible to get round this. I am hoping to get the CD version ready for February but these things always seem to slip so don't hold your breath. Had a few problems with the new signal set but these seem to be rectifying themselves (I hope). Just putting in the last of the ground signals (work better now showing stop/clear instead of restricted) then it's off to the activity writers. You should still get plenty of enjoyment out of Ruabon Bala with all the activities available on this site before Ruabon Barmouth ships.

Martin asked what the frame rate was with 4 trains on screen. Does not seem to make that much difference as I get about 18 max with 2 trains. It varied between 5 and 14 depending on viewpoint. Thats on a 1.2 Athlon with Geforce 2 and 512MB ram @ 1280x1024.
