OK, so it isn't Euro-based, but I thought some might like to see these anyway. :)

Very nice locos Marc, some of those would not look out of place here in Australia if anyone ever gets round to building an Aussie route.

The Rio Grande model looks a bit clean for running through slush and snow though :D

Well i think they were well worth posting, love those older units, I think the US Railways had some real character with those units too!

Surprisngly enough without risking going off topic here how many had those tri-ang railways f7's done up like santa fe units when they were a kid then?

Twas my first experience of model railways :)

Yup, you are right there i will post some shots later of what mike has done so far on it. I think it is called 'puffingbilly' but not too sure on that one.

Nice shots, good models. I do like the early US diesels. That steel bridge in the first shot looks really good too.

I must get back to doing some Illinois Central stock at some point.

It is Western Pacific's 3rd Subdivision, aka The Feather River Route.
I've been working on it for over a year now and it's still months away from being finished...
There are a few screenshots posted over at Train-Sim.com. Just do a search on "Author" Nalle13.

The other shots Marc posted are from Rich Garbers Ohio Rail I believe.

Lovely looking trees below that trestle, are these available to download anywhere? I am getting more than bored with the Kuju textures.

Sorry, those are my own trees, you'll have to wait for the route for them.
But there are some goodlooking ones in the file-area at Train-Sim.com

Until Nalle releases his route with that great-looking forest, you can download and try the trees from Judd Splitter:
