problem

Post by cilperiswh »

Hi all im having a problem creating a activity from Waterloo to Yeovil Junction. im creating the 13.20 [1L37] departure from Waterloo to YVJ i have set up the player path, traffic paths and all that but im having a problem, this is that when the guard blows to let me go i am getting the message [activity over coupler broken] and i have not even moved!

Any help or ways to fix this will be much appreciated

Cheers

Its probably a piece of AI which is losing it coupling.
First step is always to set AI to none and try it with just the player service. If that works ok youve narrowed it down straight away. Next im afraid the only solution is to try each piece of AI one at a time until you find the culprit.

If it still does it with no AI you will have to look at the eng and wag file for each piece of stock in the consist. Make sure the damping strength is expressed as n/m/s and not n/m.
Change the break strength on all the couplings to 6e9N. That usually fixes it.
