dilema for me

Post by Hymek »

as you can see by my name im into the class 35s,

A while ago i went out, bought tsm with the sole aim of making one
I have produced the body, and after comparing it to some models that are coming out, im thinking of canning the project

its partley because of that, and i know im not talented enough to do the wheels

All i want to know, is shall i keep going or can the project?

I can take a look at this for you if you like, send me the model and texture files for TSM and I will make any adjustments for you and tell you how its done, you have alot of potential, your mistakes and frustrations could be borne from "Going it alone" If you have any drawings on bmp or jpeg then send them too since i'll need to load those as backdrops.

We've got Westerns and Warships and I desparatly want a hymek, if for no other reason than to take me back to memories of the Westbury avoiding line, mixed in with the occational West Country, Merchant Navy ect out of Salisbury and remaining odd bits of GWR Steam.

Those were the days.

As long as it looks like one for now, I can live with it and use it.

Glad I'm not the only one who has fond memories of the hydraulic's especially the hymeks, what was it about them ??

Keep up the good work !

If its the Hymek I saw in 'planned creations' it looked very good 8)

Texturing the model is more difficult than many imagine.

Shame to waste your efforts.

Tim's shown he has the ability and the time to finish it or help you finish it :)

I'm sure Tim will help if he can :)

If for any reason he can't, contact me.

I've got enough pics and diagrams to help you
