hi,

when I try to download Ffestiniog railway loco 'palmeston' everything is fine but when I try tho install it, there is not a installer button to enable me to install the loco on to my system. I have checked, it is for MSTS and it wasn't a patch file, so what was the problem? can anybody help me?

Its a zip file

Zip files have to be unzipped to the correct folder. The loco will go in your trainset folder and, if a consist is supplied, that goes in your consists folder. If no consist is supplied you will have to create one using the activity editor before it will appear in the sim.

The readme file says :

Installation
------------
Before installing any models, I suggest you make a copy of all the files in the
\TRAINS\TRAINSET directory - failure to do this may result in a lengthy re-installation process.


1. Unzip the file into the "Train Simulator\Trains\Trainset".

2. The Cabview and Sound folders have been aliased. This means that there is no need to copy these files / folders as is sometimes necessary.

3. Copy the consist file (named palmerston.con) from the newly installed palmerston folder in the trainset directory to the "Train Simulator\Trains\consist folder"
