moelwyn for the Ffestiniog

Post by icornish »

Hi,

I've been trying to find the engine moelwyn, as required by one of the Ffestiniog activities, but I can't find it on the Festrail.co.uk site (seems it's been revamped since the new WHR extension is now almost a reality!)

Any pointers?

Hi
I think they will be uploaded at some time.
Unfortunately Laurie.... that upload is not for MSTS.
Cheers

If I remember right, all the Ffestiniog locos and rolling stockthat were originally available from the Ffestiniog railway website were removed from the website when the person (whose name escapes me! :( ) who was promoting the sale of the route in the Ffestiniog shop left the railway.

Some time after then, UKTS offered to host the route on CD, and the route and all the rolling stock and activities were put on a "donationware" Ffestiniog CD that is currently available via the CD ordering system.

I don't think the individual locos are available to download from anywhere....

Thanks all. Guess I'll put that CD on the next shopping list (just bought 5, and am slowly getting them installed on my machine and driving!)

Rgds,
