Hi,

I've been using N1 Class loco 844 on my Svr route and I have a left hand cab, But a right hand headout can this be changed so the headout and the cab are the same please?

Thanks

I take it you can't do this then. If this is the case I'll change the cad to a western one.

thanks

Hallo!
You can easily change the headout view from left to right. Open the eng file and look for "headout" If the first number is positive you're looking out of the right hand side, if there's a "-" you're on the left. In the left hand view the arrow keys work in the opposite direction. (down=to the front)

Keep on steamin'!

Edit: I confused something. Of course it must be the first not the last number. By the way, if your engine is driven from the left you can create an additional view from the right by putting a passenger view into your eng file. Just add lines like these to the file

Inside (
PassengerCabinFile ( XXXX.s )
PassengerCabinHeadPos ( -1.7 3.4 -5.2 )
RotationLimit ( 0 180 0 )
StartDirection ( 0 0 0 )
)

XXXX is the name of your loco's s file. You must play around a little with the values of PassengerCabinHeadPos to find the right position. Moving parts of the engine (wheels, rods) shouldn't be visible in this view because in #5 view the animation is working all the time, even if the engine is standing.
