Reskins using coral paint shop pro and windows vista

Hi Guys,
I want update some of my bubble car reskins as well as doing some other reskins,although these will be for my personal use for the time being.I have coral paint shop pro installed and when I try to send image to editor I get this message pop up "Error Creating Process".When I try to open an engine,etc to reskin in paintshop pro this message pops up"The Speciafied File Cannot be Identified as a Supported Image"I run vista ultimate with 1gig of ram and 2.6gh pentium 4 processor.I have aceit and TGAtools2 installed and all the images in all train files open using TGAtool2.I never had this problem when I had XP installed and this is becoming very frustrating.I have selected editor for paint shop pro and when that didn't work I tried MSpaint and had the same messages.I have paintshop pro set as my editor right now.Any help or information regarding this very frustrating "problem" will be greatly appreciated.I have eventried running paintshop pro as administrator and still the same messages.Thanks for taking time to read my post.Jay

I'm not sure whether this will be the solution, but does the TGA Tools executable have full permissions set?

Thanks for the advice regarding my problem.

I have looked in TGAtools2 properties and full permissions isn't on.I don't know how to do this but I have friend who does.This will be sorted out soon.
