Hi Everyone

I Have Just recieved the new pack today,and guess what no CD ,empty ,nothing.So i Have just Emailed Making Tracks themselves,
to send another one pronto.Sorry folks but this is just not good enough,anyone else have the same problem.
Not a good week our heating boiler broke last Sunday so we have been Freezing, all week. curses


Don't Making Tracks check before despatch that there cases have Cd's in them Hello

Hi Warwick,

Never had any problems with making tracks, have always found them first class. My CD was here the next day after ordering. Unfortunately it seems you have had one of those hiccups that happen to all of us from time to time.

Unfortunately, everyone is human and makes mistakes, even the machine at the production facility which actually does the assembly of the DVD boxes.

Your support ticket has been noted and we will send out the missing CD as quickly as we can with our apologies..

In relation to checking packages, with over 100 shipped in a few days, its not really reasonable to check each one. We've got not reason to expect there to be any missing. The complete package rate is well over 99%.

Just got my copy Cd is in there I also got LSE I have to say the finescale track makes all the difference

Hi Folks

I have just checked my Emails and Making Tracks are sending a new package out hopefully this time with the CD,by tomorrow.
Thanks by the way to MT for there prompt action on this,one of the emails even had there MD on it.It's nice to see that they do have
good Customer relations at MT which makes a change in this day and age.

Hopefully i should be driving around Evesham in a Jinty ,black 5 Etc soon

Oh and by the way we now have heat at home thanks to a new Boiler,gas not Steam .So Back To The Pc for a bit longer

If you mean via UKTS CD ordering then thats a commercial decision for Matt & Pete to come to, they have had the information they need to make a choice.

In the meantime the only places to get it is from the MT Shop or via railwaves.

Hi Dave,

Yes that was what I meant, should have made it clearer. It's on my list .......but fixing my daughters computer puts MSTS on hold for a while for me, so hopefully Matt and Pete will have decided by the time I get to order it?
