I bought this pack last week, and had no problem with the download link. You need to take this up with the shop contact.

Both the Dale Stewart & Jamie Bowey packs are CD only  the shop is open but service will be slow this coming week as Tony is away until Friday.

Hope this clears a few thing up.

Not true - the Jamie Bowie pack is CD only, Dale Stewart is downloadable, as I bought it last week.

Hi
I don't think the shop is automatic, therefore requires Tony to actually issue the link.
If he's not there you won't get it, unless someone else sends it to you.
Cheers

I thought the link came through automatically if your Paypal or credit card payment cleared - my link appeared straight away after paying through Paypal.

I hope you get it sorted. The Dale pack truly is a superb piece of work.

When you get it, don't forget to look through activities on likes of LSE, LSC and Dorset Coast as a number of authors have done acts which make good use of the stock.

I ordered the Evesham Branch from them just before Christmas. I got a conformation from PayPal that the payment has been received and the order placed with Making Tracks. My credit card has been charged.

Mail takes a while to this part of the world, so I thought nothing of the slow delivery until recently. Now when I contact Making Tracks the agree that I made the payment but cannot find the order and the only offer they make is to say that they will be refunding my money!

I do not want a refund, I want the rout which I purchased from them almost two months ago!! I think that they should take urgent steps to get it to me quickly, not refund my money.

Any thoughts from anyone?

What does your account in the shop say?

If that has no record of the order, then clearly something has gone wrong with the order process.

I'd suggest accepting MT's offer of a full refund and retrying the order process, and make sure that the order appears in your account.

I can find no way of traking the order on their website. They agree that I placed it!

Are they agreeing you placed the order or that you made the payment (but can't trace the order). Slightly different scenarios.

If you go to http://shop.makingtracks-online.co.uk/account.php
you should be able to see your previous orders listed at the top immediately underneath "My Account Information".

David,

The way of tracking it would be to log in to the shop, go to my account and then the 1st item is previous orders which shows order number, date status etc..

I've looked and I can't find an order on the same date as your paypal money was sent to us.

From a practical point of view, with no order showing in the shop (certainly on our side of it),there's nothing to work from or try and investigate.
I can't explain why there's no order, the fact that the paypal money came through suggests some system thought there was at some point. There are gaps in the order numbers, but these are common when people choose not to complete the order for whatever reason.

I think that you have reordered, that order is on the system.
