Hmmm... the problem now is that we cannot see what the screenshot shows... just resize your image to no larger than 800 x 600 and we shoudl be able to view it properly.

You must have something wrong in your Trainstore settings, as it should then start MSTS for you.
I seem to remember there's a check box somewhere.

Re: MSTS and Thames Mersey add-on problems
Oh right, as the checkbox on mine is greyed out so am unable to check it. will check settings.
I think I may have found the problem, what should the path and parameters be set as?

Re: MSTS and Thames Mersey add-on problems
Sorted now, there was one menu where it had a tick next to the name so removed the tick and tried again and it ran. Will now try others

Re: MSTS and Thames Mersey add-on problems
I have another question now, with trainstore why does it keep all activities stored even though I've unstored all mersey routes?

Because I believe you are running in Easy Mode, which stores everything except the one activity you select.
I think if you wanted to run more than one activity at a time, you would need to be in classic mode.

Re: MSTS and Thames Mersey add-on problems
ok will try classic mode
Re: MSTS and Thames Mersey add-on problems
If you go back to using classic mode, you will be back in the same position you were before. You will have all the activities for the route loaded, but will have to wait up to 25 minutes for the route to load them all. Thats why EasyTrainstore is so essential on the big routes. Its just not feasible to have everything for the route installed.

Re: MSTS and Thames Mersey add-on problems
Just completed the liverpool to ormskirk route, but am confused as to the vehicles driving along the roads, I am sure that there are london buses driving along. Am I correct in thinking this?
Re: MSTS and Thames Mersey add-on problems
Quite likely. Maybe they were on a day excursion to the seasideI am sure that there are london buses driving along.
Remember that routes are representations of the line, not the real thing. Does it really matter that the buses are london buses? Im midway testing an activity in doing for this route - my first for a long while - and ive noticed ive included all manor of rolling stock, some completely out of period - but if its on the DVD its fair game. I might change the consists later but since its only in sight for a few seconds, do I really need to bother. And anyway I cant tell one class from another
