Cabview problem - white area?

Evening gents,

Recently I attempted to add custom side-views to a cab, but this hasn't gone quite according to plan. The views load up okay, and the alphas are as they should be (I haven't finetuned them yet so the blue parts will be invisible) but as you can see below, there is a white band down the right hand side. I thought it could have been due to the view being positioned too far forward, but moving it back through editing the .cvf has not got rid of it. Anyone got any ideas?

Hi, I think that altering the position in the cabview editor alters the position relative to the vehicle rather than in the cab itself as you are basically looking at an object between yourself and the outside. if you want to see the effect just copy the front view and rename it as the side view and you will see what I mean.

I don't use the cab editor.......... but if you remove the 'CabViewWindowFile' name the white should disappear.

Sorted it - your suggestion was very close but didn't quite do the trick. However I edited the CabViewWindow line to 0 0 640 480 as in your example, and hey presto! No white line. The values were different before, I should have realised this really. Ah well, problem solved.
