I believe it is only available from the route creators, 3D TrainStuff.

It is a brand new route and not an upgrade, as it is set in a different era.
Basically we expanded on our first Cambrian route project, "A Seaside Journey" set in the 1970s to now include the entire Cambrian Railway network set back in the 1950s and 1960s which we feel was a much more interesting era.

Paul,

If you have bought the route from anywhere but 3DTrainStuff, then it is the original "mark 1" version. it is good but the mark 2 is much better! However, the newer version does cost rather more. Most people think that it is worth it. The cost is $48.95 delivered, say, just under £25

Paul,
I agree totally with Tony, the Cambrian 2 route is one of the best ever. The only criticisms I have of it are a missing road bridge north of Tywyn, slight problems with the "Press Enter To Unload" message at Minffordd and to a lesser extent at Talwrn Bach and finally the passenger activities are somewhat limited, but the goods ones are excellent (apart from the fact that it's constantly raining).

But I have to say that if the revised version of the UKTrainsim CD "Bala Hub" finally appears it will stand comparison with the best for scenery, route complexity and activities.

We are having a rest from Bala.

The activities were causing problems mainly due to the locos running out of steam on the long grades when using the AI fireman.
He has a habit of opening the injectors and wasting steam. :(

We have found a work round but I simply got bored running the same route over and over again while testing.

I suppose I'd better get back to it.
