Northern Line Problems

Hi just about to test this route, and all i get when it says "establishing world space and content" i get shape errors saying it cannot locate shape Ad something, i installed MSTSbin for the Kennington activity so as to turn around and go back.

The error problems are to do with the global shape files and texture files..... is there any other files other than the route that i need for this to work?

Errors of not finding shapes are often caused by not running the install.bat file - did you do so? If so, do you have all six default routes on your system?

There is no install.bat within the route folder, i have all the six routes installed, but stored using trainstore. Unstoring them will solve it?

There's no need to unstore the default routes, only that they must be present.

What's the exact error messgae?

No extended shape data for A2750r10d.sd is the first error, with the same shape name but failed to load after clicking yes.... if i keep clicking yes there is more with no extended shape data for A something .sd.

Unstoring helped with the albula line error i was getting, since it used the trains cab views and consists etc. and that's sorted. But just this one.

There is no install.bat i've checked

Have you read the installation instructions in the readme file? You need to have both XTracks 3.20 (or higher) and Newroads installed...

hi,
Not related to any problem as such, but I am looking for gradient information for the Northern Line. If anybody could direct me to a contact for such information I would be very appreciative. The reason............ I am accumulating the various info required to build the Northern Line for Rail Simulator, a long term project for sure but small beginnings have been known to grow
