I was looking around the internet and I came across this site:

All that I know is his name Alex Middleton

His username was alexmidd....and his last visit to the forum was in 2005.

I found one of his websites, but there's no contact details. And it seems he may no longer be in to trainsim....

Thanks for helping Doug,

I found him in the members list and see that he seems to live not far from where I am, so we'll see.

The route is the same one that I'm thinking of doing and at the moment still sticking pins into the globe at Google Earth
