My local line was always available on Mid East too..... but built to the poat 1986 layout...so I changed it

BD has the railway line (Toton Sidings) closest to where I live, but the line represented in MSTS that I travel most on is the Tramway Museum at Crich.

One other thing I forgot - if the NET route (Nottingham Tram) comes to light, I will have a route that passes 5 yards from the seat I am currently sitting in

In fact, if I was given the right sort of help and encouragement, you never know what might happen over the NET route.

My Local line is Middles Brough to Newcastle and that line is not available in Msts.

My Local stations are Exeter Central and Exeter st Davids both on South Devon mainline
and Exeter st Davids is also on Paddington-Penzance although the track layout is nothing like the real thing

my local station, Alexandria is included as part of the North Glasgow route.

Depending on Where i am

BrisCard covers one address, While SVR covers the other, although the mainline route part isnt available untill you move further up the line to Stourbridge (BC1)

As can be seen I live in Milnrow which was located on the Oldham Loop. I had always understood that the Oldham Loop was to be a natural extension to the Caldervale Route but nothing ever happened.

I now understand that It will be included in the new version of North West England. (Did consider looking to see what I could do with the Caldervale Route to make it more in line with my own personal view - although seeing what Niall has done with Glasgow Carlisle has made me hesitate as I couldn't produce such excellent "goods". Mind you I suppose I could make it a long term project??

Waiting patiently and saving up the pennies for the new NWE!

Mine is Peterborough which is covered by Mid East,Mid East Steam Era,EB's ECE,and the new MEP + so all era's can be run.

At present I have 3 on list above.

My local route is the SW main line to Southampton, my local station is Eastleigh. I lived for many years in Salisbury where I first got interested in railways and so I'm well covered by the amazing Dorset Coast.

Padd to Penzance Route.

I live 10 mins from PLymouth Railway station and 2 mins from Devonport station.So yes My local route is available on msts.

Thanks for the compliment Ruf, but don't let it put you off doing the same! Everything I have learnt about routes in the last year or so has been "on the job". I knew just about nothing when I started. It's only thanks to excellent tutorials, the route building book and advice from other members that I've learnt as I have gone along.

i agree with Nial, nearly with everything involved with this sim, its all on the job experiance and tutorials and the like

If you look at some of my early work compared to the latest stuff, there is a big difference, all learnt from making mistakes, retrying, reading up and asking advice.

I'd say if you want it, and can get the relevant permissions, go for it!

I was born in Accrington.....at this stage no route....but I am waiting patiently for NWE upgrade which apparently will include it.
