not from this site it appears. nor can you order it on CD from here

could someone who has it possibly suggest how to get hold of it?

Order it via Pat Dalton, the author direct. The link is on the front page, top section (NEWS) about 7 items down.

You buy it like everyone else who has it SC 1930's. A fab route. Well worth a few quid.
