Class 45

Help.
My class 45 won't move. It is 45 042 all sounds and everything is there but it refuses to budge. I have taken all brakes of and put in forward. Any suggestions

Check the type of brakes you have on the train - if they're incompatible with the loco, and it's a heavy train, they won't budge.

I had the same problem with a 74 and a train of air braked TTA's - very embarrassing!

The TTA wagons are Air Twin Pipe, when coupled to an Air Single Pipe engine the brakes do not come off.

Most uploaded BR stock has now 'standardised' on air-single pipe - you can change this pretty easily in the .wag file (look at a different one to get the right entries).
