Hi All ,got my copy this morning and have been doing some of the 10 (Ten) activities that come with it. The Game is up to EBs usual standard, no freight activities, but the included stock is very good. Just going to run the full route from Euston to Birmingham
Regards

I was making a order last night when their site crashed, I did get a reply saying I had brought it but upon further checks on my account, the only addon I have brought from them is Leeds Loop unless they haven't updated the account. It's very confusing,
But all that aside, what is the pendo like ie sounds, cabviews, passenger view etc?

Hi John, Just a note I forgot. Frame rate on my middle of the range PC is averaging round about 15-20 fps which is not bad
for me anyway. What is now needed is some freight activities ( lots ). I am surprised that only 10 activities came with the game

Hi everyone
I received my copy first post this morning.
I have completed the first activity London Euston to Birmingham New Street.
It is a pretty good interpretation of the route.
There are just one or two areas where the frame rates stutter abit ie Birmingham New Street.
Kind regards Stephen.
Ps I made an enquiry to EB ref the additional content and they responded quickly and say they are waiting until everyone has the route and then they will provide a link to those who registered their interest in the route.

Hi Ajax, Are the infamous Intercity class 390. Sound is very good, the front cabview and cab --nice. The side cab view is very Restricted due to the shape of the windows and the Passenger view is dark glass and inside coach view No comment
Regards
Ron P
PS I am still on my way to Euston. Just watched a 747 ( I think ) landing at Birmingham Airport,Very Nice

Wonderful, thanks,

It will give me something to do to alias the 390's already installed to the EB 390.

I am a bit disappointed as I had pre-ordered from Amazon but then had an e-mail to say it would now be Saturday 22nd or Monday 24th.
I ordered direct from EB for the Leeds Loop but despite sending two e-mails I never got access to the additional activities and I feel cheated so I decided not to go down that route again. Once bitten twice shy.
Looking forward to a new route.

Evening All;
Like Ron (Evening Ron) I also received my copy today. Installing now but ever so disappointed that there are only 10 acts. Even with the bonus one's thats not many when you think how many there are for other routes, even commercial ones. I do hope that when I come back from holiday in 2 weeks peole will have been busy writing some on this site. Not my speciallity I'm afraid. I just have fun testing them.
Regards
Brian

Well I know Jamie (who did the GE modern acts) has a few ideas up his sleeve and it wont take Ali (Desiro5) long either. Laurie will throw a few in hopefully

so no pressure on those guys

an we'll be up and running.
Cant wait

I had a go on the route last weekend at the UKTSlive show and I was impressed. Very smooth over the pointwork and after a couple of hours driving I can say I like it although I am really into freight and preferably heavy freight.
The activities I ran were good - can't remember exactly what ones but the timetables were adequate if you did not hang about so none of the frustrating missing the timetable by a country mile etc. Never got to grips with the new signalling so I relied on the F4 monitor but having read the EB website tonight all becomes clearer.

If you were dissapointed by that, I'd avoid my amazon account today if I were you.
Expected date: 26th OCT-04 NOV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
they didn't even bother to send me an email making false accusations (that EB hadn't released the game) like they did when the informed me of the change you've posted about. I had to log into my account to see that particulary pieace of pathetic nonsense. I cancelled as soon as I saw that and ordered it from UKTS instead (should have done so in the first place, but somehow thought amazon would be cheaper, and would ship a day prior to release to arrive on the morning of the 21st...LOL....you see what "thought" did).
Assuming they're also sizing up to stitch you up a treat too, it'll be interesting to see if you get a mail, and if it blames EB. If it does, then I think EB have serious grounds for a libel suit.
In fact, if the mail says anything less than "Hi, we ordered 3 of these and have spent the last several weeks taking pre-orders we had no ability or intention to honour", I''ll not be happy at all.
I bought my first thing from them 3 weeks ago. In 3 weeks I have made 4 orders, and they've screwed 3 of them up. And people say EBAY is full of sharks.....ermmm, nope.

Sorry to dissapoint you brian, but I wont be buying WCE. I'm not having a go at EB here, but after i brought ECE 1, i never wanted to buy any of their stuff again.
Dont worry, there is lots more on my hard drive to come for other stuff, its just getting the time to do it.
