Sorry to dissapoint you brian, but I wont be buying WCE. I'm not having a go at EB here, but after i brought ECE 1, i never wanted to buy any of their stuff again.

Dont worry, there is lots more on my hard drive to come for other stuff, its just getting the time to do it.
Trust me  I didn't like East Coast Express at all, but this is not bad, it's a nice home for the EH2 stock, don't expect Great Eastern quality and forget ECE and you'll like it. Very stingy with the stock but at least you've got EH2 to run on it.

Being 13, and buying most things out of yar parents money, £24 is alot of money.

With the new sim's coming up, i'm "holding fire" on commercial pricy products. A community CD is £4.50 and personally, I think TM v4 would best WCE for value and playability any day.

Sorry, but i just wont be buying it.

Why pay £25 when you can buy it for £20 from UKTS with a month of premium thrown in to boot? :D. That is what I did today after a dissapointing outcome from amazon. Without straying off the subject too far. But does Thames-Mersey have Birmingham New Street station in it?

i recieved WCE this morning only had chance to drive the first activity from Euston to Birmingham, i like the route the detail is very good i also like the way EB have forgot that the line has been upgraded to 125mph for Pendolinos, the maximum speed on the route is only 110mph ideal for Virgin class 87 and 90`s that i plan to run on the route as i am not into Pendolinos.

I am glad they have included the Northampton branch as well, this is proberly too early but there was talk of extending the line from Birmingham to Crewe does anyone know if the WCML is going to be including in extra addon from Rugby to Crewe?

Hi,

I'm expecting to receive my copy on Monday/Tuesday. I currently have Thames Mersey but thought I'd give this a go as it's more modern and includes the line from Rugby-Birmingham.

I'm just wondering about detail, is Wembley stadium, the masts at Rugby, the M1 and the 'Euston 1 Mile' sign all included? I do hope so, as these are in TM and give a real 'feel' for the route.

In T-M, the trackwork between Euston - Primrose Hill Tunnels/South Hampstead is different from how it is today. I'm not overly familiar with this area so was wondering when it was redeveloped. Compared to the present day area, EB appear to have captured the area reasonably well from what I have seen of their videos.

I've got a question for the more experienced AE user among the forum, I've got WCE installed and I am trying to make a copy of the WC04 activity which is a semi fast service from Birmingham New Street to London Euston via Northampton with replacement stock instead of using the default stock.

Now after searching my MSTS, I've found 321418 which is a Silverlink County liveried 321 that carlwestwood did a while ago showing as the destination screen, London Euston via Northampton which is perfect, plus I have Backfoot2002's 390020 to replace the default NSE 321 and default Intercity 390.

Only problem is, MSTS AE keeps throwing a fit at me and crashing, is there anyone who has the following installed; 16860 and 17245 who could if they have the time available make a copy of the activity and add (Silverlink/Virgin Era) to the activity name please? So in short, they would be able to replace the default stock with the above file id's which are perfect for the activity.

I'm using Vista Home Premium and it's says that something not okay, so it turns the system onto Vista Home Basic, it still crashes though.
I have to try and do that then, cheers.

Edit: I've now tried that and AE dies out on me, I have managed to change the default 321's to the Silverlink County ones though, I just need someone who is able to swap the default 390 with the file id that I have given if they have the time available, then please pm me.

Only a handful of people have the route, i havent got it as i cant afford it yet.

And my Passion for AE has dwindled to a pittying flame in a cold dark route.

I've tried it again and AE has throw another fit, I've found a way to open the activity file in Notepad but I can't make head or tail of how to change the AI traffic from the default 390 to the Virgin 390.
