What is Steam Express?

On the Uktrainsim home page there is a "new" simulator called Steam Express. What is it and is it compadible with MSTS?

Steam Express is an early form of Train Simulator (not a new one) and is stand alone, quite good in its day, but a little dated now (Only a view through the front cab window and no outside views of the train).

It is separate system to MSTS.

But have a look see.

Yes very good in its time.

And I believe the author subsequently served as part of the Kuju team who developed the original MSTS.
