Does anyone know if P2 will go through Wolves, or will they back track to rugby and do the trent valley (and so the only new bit will be rugby-brum)

If there is a part two, IF!!! then it will be announced on the EB site at the appropriate time.

Good to hear this, I can now look forward to the route that I have always wanted for MSTS!

I am not buying this route as it looks boring with Pendolinos.

I don't know that EB have announced stock yet but I think it's safe to assume it'll have more than just Pendolinos...

In addition to Ash's answer, there is also the option you can buy route only from EB's pick and mix range and populate it with stock from UKTS and/or other stock packs such as the BATS EH2 pack when it comes out.

As previously stated, if I get this route I am going retro big time to the days when Roarers ruled the rails! Blue and grey all the way!

PS Someone make one of the old Broad Street units please! I believe there used to be a version but it was withdrawn a while back.

have to say the screenshots of New St look a little odd with NSE stock there. I'd like to see some Central Trains stock to keep it modern, but the pick & mix option does look good

Is it me or is the 321 numbered incorrectly?

It looks like 321583? or 503, yet the 321s into new st are numbered in the 400 series.

There were NSE class 321's in New Street all the time before Silverlink repainted all of them.

Certainly going to keep people guessing... which I think is a good thing.

If you go back to the really old shots -- some are still on Contact's website --, you can just make out an 86/Mk3/DVT combo. The old banner for the route even had a IC liveried 86 on it and there was even those shots of a 323...

Intercity Pendolino? Very interesting but Modern Image stock lacks the magic of the 80's trains for me even though I do have a few Hornby, Lima and Bachmann Models of these trains. I will do activities from mostly the 80's and 90's because I was born in the early 80's and remember as a child the Blue/Grey and the Intercity Executive HST's roaring in and out of the stations. Also before the DMU invasion on the longer distance routes. Those trains that were Loco-Hauled with worked by Class 20's, 31's, 37's, 40's, Peaks or the Class 47's especially around the Leicester area .

What would be good is if they released it as it was in the 80s/90s, with proper modern stock, I.E Swallow HSTs, Swallow 91s, Swallow 47s, Swallow 86s, you get my drift :D

Ideally, I would like to see for the high speed trains a mix of 90's and 87's hauling Mk.3 stock with a DVT on the other end together with the 43's.

Not too sure about the non-high speed trains, so 321's would be fine with me together with some sprinter units.

Bearing in mind the only experience I have of the WCML is from the Royal Scot cabride dvd from video125.
