Installing Dorset Coast Route

Post by gjbalsdon »

Hi

This is my first attempt at a download from this site and I thought it was going so well, until I ran the install.BAT file and all I got was a load of 0's and not copied files. Can you advise if I have done something wrong. This is how I did it.

1. Checked for the six main routes. yep, all there.
2. Downloaded the two required files - all good so far.
3. Down loaded the 10 zip files. They seemed to go to a file already selected, it seems to be my own computers download directory. Was this correct, or did I need to select somewhere else?

Thanks :-?

Welcome to the forums :-)

Take a look at this sticky thread http://forums.uktrainsim.com/viewtopic.php?t=66513 which has links to a host of information about installing Dorset Coast. Once you have downloaded the files you need to unzip them as described in the readme.txt files.

Kindest regards

John

Isn't it £4.50? Although it is a bargain at that price.

Don't forgot that once you've got the CD to download the updates to V4 - these make an already great route into a much better route (it now has my local station on it.

Have you got Train store installed?
If not then you may have to consider downloading it.

Kindest Regards
