Hi,
I have tried to install the patch (UKTS 15562) for the the Ashburton branch but now the route won't load! I have the latest t-section 36 in the Global folder and the MSTS bin. When I say it doesn't load I get to the screen after "Drive a Train" and only 10 bars light up across the bottom of the page and then it stops. The next window is the "Send error report" or "Don't send."
Any ideas, anyone?
Thanks,
Steve.

If you had done a search you would have seen this answer to your problem. I had the similar error message, but my method was to use AE to delete the Introduction activity (the only one I had loaded) and made my own acts.
PS I hope you remembered to run the Install.bat after installing the update.
Bob.

I found that once I'd installed this update, I had to edit the existing .act files so they would open in the AE.
The route used to have "ASHBURTON" as the folder name and "Route4" as the RouteId in the .trk file. That gave problems when trying to unpack someone else's activities. What Robert has done is to change the RouteId in the .trk file to "ASHBURTON" so that activities will unpack.
What I had to do was to open each .act file and change "Route4" to "ASHBURTON" near the beginning of the file.
PS I hope you remembered to run the Install.bat after installing the update.
