I ordered mine a couple of years ago but from what I recall, I was diverted to a seperate link immediately my Paypal account had been debited, from which I downloaded the files straight away. I'd get in touch with the site using the "Contact Us" option. Have your Paypal acceptance reference handy.

as soon as you pay, and paypal takes you back to railwaves, a very small download link appears.
They remain downloadable for a week or something, so log back in and have a look. (can't really guide you as it all worked right for me with paypal returning me to railwaves, so I dunno how to recover them.)
They're way too big for most email accounts.
EDIT: log back in, look in the top right for your shopping cart, the sounds should still be shown there, click on them.....a page detailing them will appear, same as it did before you bought them, but now there will be a dropdown menu for the version, and a download button down at the bottom just above the product pictures

I just ended up at the end of the paypal page!Railwaves Homepage:
When using PayPal to pay for products, you must follow all steps of the payment process until you return to the "Confirmation of Order" page in this shop.
If you fail to follow these steps we may receive your payment but not your order details, resulting in a delay in the processing of your order.
Best thing to do is,Leave it for now, go heresamwhitewick wrote:I just ended up at the end of the paypal page!Railwaves Homepage:
