From the download page:
Adds the Waterloo suburban network, bounded by the area Reading, Windsor, Brentford, Epsom, Leatherhead, Guildford and Aldershot.
That gives a lot of extra track to run along.

many downloadable activities are available in the UKTS download library.

No, it's a patch/upgrade for the route, not stock or activities as it won't be released on CD/DVD. Dorset Coast v.5 will however be made available on a DVD (hint hint Dave :wink:)

EDIT: as Carl says (just beat me to posting :)) there are many to choose from that have been uploaded specifically for v.4
