European Bahn Voyager

Post by 6rdfar90 »

I know this has been mentioned before but I can't find it. Anyway my query is European Bahn's Voyager - It takes off faster than the space shuttle (slight exaggeration) anyway - is this accurate or does anyone know how to change the eng file to a slightly more realistic acceleration.

You should be happy with the speed of the Voyager. At least you will make it to stations a little earlier to pick up passengers!

But thats just the point - Im having to get to the stations too fast - e.g. A journey in the EB Voyager from Reading to Basingstoke would have taken me 10 minutes but in the MT Viyager it takes like twenty minutes half an hour. The speed limits dont allow for me to get there in that time.

well think yourself lucky, The BVE4 Voyager seems to take forever to start up! At my local station by the time the 5th carriage has travelled about 30 Meters its doing around 20mph or 25 mph!
One day we will get the perfect voyager!

some mileages are inaccurate but the EB voyager speed should be fine if you leave it on what would be notch 1

Speaking of the EB Voyager, has anyone noticed that the horn is pretty pathetic, and it dies after a while? Is there any way to fix this?

I might try and see if I can get some new horns for my trains because some are just bad!
