MideastUK Update

Post by Timcourt1 »

Just a quick note, pleaseed to announce MideastUk has passed everything I have thrown at it and I will be despatching the beta copies out for the activity team this week

The route perfoms well so far and all you ECML3.1 ers will be pleased to know I havent had any signalling glitches and the signals around Peterborough on the old bit work well to- I credit this to Rob T for a great set of 4 aspects.

The semaphores on the east anglian stretches look superb and all due credit to all the contributors for the look of this route.

I will keep you posted but as of now the route is well on course for release having been completed.

The CD will come with a truly huge selection of stock to keep you going for a while too (no downloads)

I will be posting Screenshots up here on the run up to release as well as some from the Beta team.

Just to give you an idea on the size of the route - the train ride....A class 40 hauled Railtour from high Marnham power station via shirebrook, Gainsborough, Lincoln, joining the ecml for some thrash down to Welwyn....2 1/2 Hours!

Sounds really good - and will give me an excuse to put away the paint tin for a while! :)

Yep - I'm gonna buy this one - should give me the push to finish Woodhead V2 (Blackpool Trams are all nice and short term)

Best news of the month so far. I can't wait to drive the new version (return to loco building might be delayed slighty with this route coming out :D).

Fantastic! Looking foward to it - good that it's on CD as well. Getting bored of my hard disk feeling ill and having to download everything again!

To add to the post since you just reminded me, all activities will be using the stock provided on the CD only.

I am going to publish a stocklist and update the website this week so you'll have all the info, since this is such a substantial release i believe matt is going to preview it just prior to release too.
So everyone will know whats on there.
