Hi, Edsolis: Downloaded 7722. Thanks for the tip. It's a lovely model: The detail on the various builders and owners plates is outstanding.

Just a couple of questions:
Any idea what they sounded like?
Are there any downloadable Spanish routes suitable for running it on? (hopefully from a source where there are at least partial instructions in English, as with the engine.)

Thanks,

Cliff

Sorry for replying so late.

The Class 7700 locomotives operated in the north-west of Spain, mainly in the very mountainous León-Gijón line through Pajares Pass which is currently being developed for MSTS: http://www.trensim.com/foro/viewtopic.p ... 428#139428

In the meantime I recommend you the León-Sahagún route: http://www.trensim.com/lib/pafiledb.php ... file&id=13

About the sounds, I remember them as quite noisy, similar to this: http://www.trensim.com/lib/pafiledb.php ... ile&id=473

Cheers,

Performance would be rather poor, as the woodhead electrification was at 1500V...

Hi Ed

Thanks very much for drawing attention to this loco and the site - gave me a chance to practise my Spanish apart from anything else. Looks like a terrific loco
