Perhaps if you spent less time in here whilst at work thumping your chest, you could finish your day job quicker and go home and have more time to play MSTS ?.nestfilms wrote: its 2.00am and i'm still working since 7.30 this moring plus the same all last week.

No problem Mike, We didn't realise at first that it wasn't also emailing out a link. I may look into this as a mod for the shop at a later date. Your contribution will help as has the other 30+ people who have bought it from the MT shop and the countless others who have bought it from BATS ebay site.michaelhendle wrote:I would like to thank Dave & Tony out at MT for sorting my down load problem out, I was looking in the wrong place.
Your help realy appreciated, I just hope my small contribution helps in some way to save this unique loco.

There is a guide on the MT Forum's shop section explaining how to find the downloads if anyone is still having difficulty.
The CD will be available on UKTS from about Thursday of this week. The finishing touches are being completed now on the front end for it.

Hi All
I just finished downloading the pack from the MT Site "Down Under" and it only took me just over an hour to download by Dial Up (I cannot get Broadband as I live in the bush)
I was pleased to donate to this worthy cause and I am sure that by the 16 Nov deadline the funds will have been made to purchase the "Badger"
The pack is well worth the money and I will be testing a "draft" activity of David's tomorrow morning which uses the Badger pack.
Well it's off to bed for me now!!
Well done to MT/BATS/EB & UKTS for giving me the link.
Regards
Mike

Great Stuff, Nice to see people are getting the pack!
Themain thing, and the Whole point of the pack is for you to make your Donation and get something to show for it too, basically a "Fund Raiser" they do alot of that here in the US although I personally would prefer a train pack to a plastic bracelet anyday!
Keep Buying guys, every little helps, I would like to see the pack continually available and making some funds towards the Loco's Eventual Preservation and Up Keep.
You never know, might end up being "Adopted" at this rate!
Anyway"Thank YOU" to all those who contributed but the main thank you goes to those who have bought the pack, every sale is one step closer.

Got the pack last night and have to agree its a great looking loco. And good idea from Tim about keeping going with sales to help with restoration
It says there is coaching stock included but does not seem to be any consists for loco and stock, just for loco. Just thought I would mention it incase people are missing the coaches as well

Good point, Thanks gary,
I tend not to do Consists with included coaches usually since although there can be prototypical consists most make them to their tastes so just doing a consist for the loco and then allowing people to mix and match with their, Loco's. also to run with a 225 set you might need to change the coupler type to match the loco.

I've still got a day or two before the deadline, so I'm waiting until GE is released, then I'll cough up for both in one hit - give myself a birthday present, and do someone else some good into the bargain - after a memory and processor upgrade....
It may not be prototypical to run 89001 on the old 'tram line' metals, but it'll be a nice route for it to stretch its legs.

I think I'm right in saying you've got the 'patch' running.
If so 89001 runs absolutely sweetly on the GE, and looks absolutely superb.
I'm sure it must have done a few runs at sometime.
Cheers
