can anyone help
I have ECE parts 1 & 2 which worked fine on my old PC i have now bought a new higher spec machine, but now that i have copied all my traction and routes from an external HD to my new one i am having trouble with the actitity editor it crashes when i go into it
as it works fine on other routes i thought it must be the route so having deleted it and reloading from the disks and as i have changed the paths and trafic ect. so I have emptied these files to start from scratch but it still crashes does anybody know why this is happening?

Re install ECE1 run it if it's ok then install part 2 if its ok after that try Activity Editor if it still crashes on ECE1&2 and nothing Else use Train Store.
Store everything Except the Route and i mean Everything
or use train store to run an activity wait till it gets to the MSTS front Page come out of msts and go into Activity editor.
If that doesnt work im stumped, and it could mean a complete reinstall of MSTS you need to go into Regedit aswell to get rid of the TK.MSTS tokens for a complete Clean Reinstall.
Zip everything up except the Default stuff, unistall train simulator, however this doesnt delete the TK.MSTS tokens in regedit, this has to be done manually, it doent take long though. When you've done that re-install train simulator and unzip the stuff you zipped up. Re download the AEfix if you havent still got it on the hard drive.
Everything should Work
Tip: Regedit is accesable through the run bos on the Start menu Just type regedit in the run box and look under microsoft.
