Route Riter gone funny

I installed route riter and train store.. all went well for a month then MSTS editor went daft.. so I reinstalled MSTS and uninstalled Train Store after unstoring all.

Now in RR it keeps on checking most of my routes when I try to Activate/deactivate..

can untick them but then when I go out and back they are all ticked again...

used to work well

the only way to deactivate any route is to manually remove the .trk file from thAT ROUTE

did you reinstall trainstore properly, RR will check every route if you havent got train store.
