Midland Railway Butterley Add on

Post by trainmad »

Hey all.

MRB will be on sale from THIS SUNDAY (the 2nd of July.)

We'll be demoing either in the Alfreton Model Railway building or on the platform outside of the Buffet depending on the weather.

The add on will be £10.

If anybody else wishes to bring their own PC down and display MSTS with us (you'd still have to buy the MRB add on i'm afraid - it is to a good cause though!) you'd be more than welcome to do so. :)

Cheers,

Paul, David, Chris, Dave and Alex (MRTS)

Yep folks, we know its been a very long time coming ( due to countless delays and letdowns ) but this weekend - it'll be out.

Negotiations are still taking place with the line about Mail Order - however we can probably confirm details of this post this weekend.

All the team are students, so we can't spare the time to be copying and posting addons for a good part of the week. After looking at the way the KWVR addon is sold ( which we will be matching ) - it simply makes life easier for us to have one distributor and distribution outlet.

Anybody know if they're coming? Just trying to estimate a rough number of copies needed. :)

Once we've sorted out postal ordering with the Railway in question, you should be able to, yes. At the moment, this is unknown, but we hope to get something sorted.

Have a gander down in the MRTS forum - a reworked duchess, and a new Princess ( both exclusive ) for starters ;) Also lots more exclusive bits representing all major locos from the lines history - also an accurate route of the Midland Railway Butterley itself - but as this is quite short, I'm guessing more will buy the addon for strictly a 'locos' thing.

Hi Ron,

Feel free to introduce yourself to the team, we plan to have 'chique and trendy' little namebadges, and won't bite! Maybe also a 'test run' but we'll see what the demand is :)
