Chris, welcome to the forums. The only representation of the Paignton and Kingswear branchline that I know of is on the GWR Paddington to Penzance community cd, which is unfortunately unavailable at the moment. However, cd's are slowly returning to the library so you shouldn't have to wait too long and they only cost £4.50 !!
Don't expect too much in the way of scenery on the Kingswear branch though, this was one of the areas of less dense scenery on the disc but as it covers such a massive area I think it is well worth the money and is one of my most heavily used routes. Hope this helps. Cheers, Dave.
