You're right it is about the donationware CD and unfortunately Mid Est Plus will not be finished before the CD is ready. The point is that part of the attraction of the CD is the activities included. Activities for more routes might help both the CD and the route?

Geoff
Hi Geoff
No you're right....my mistake  ...I hadn't thought of that.
I've actually spent a few hours thrashing Peaks on the Mid East myself. :P
Perhaps some MidEast2 Peak activities will be done once the route is out.
One thing that really needs adding is the KX refueling point....as I'm sure you're aware.
Cheers
Jon
Believe it or not the exact issue that we were discussing today. Mick wants to put the KX loco stabling facilities in but we're trying to track down a track layout. I bought a book today that sounds promising but it anyone has any track layouts they'd be gratefully received (copies or scans of course). The guys on the Railway Photo forum have come up trumps with a link to some good photo reference but it's the track layout and precise location that's missing.

Geoff

PS I forgot to mention. We've been discussing the benefits of the new patch for just such activities. I remember looking at the loc stable just outside Paddington in the pre HST days just to see if any visitors or exotica was there. To start a "shift" at the shed or stable and pick up your train would be a nice touch would it not?

I've got all kinds of information on Peaks on the GWML, the Settle and Carlisle, Scotland... But not the ECML.

However there's a ton of info all about Deltics, A4s and A1s up and down the ECML.

Suppose I'd better go and finish off this 44 cabview then so's the CD can be released...
Can't twist your arm for a Deltic one I suppose?

Er that's pretty please of course

The list looks pretty complete to me. You'll certainly have my £10, or whatever it costs. I'm sure the sounds and cabs will be up to the your usual high (ELR) standards

Buffers look good, overall it's another decent job IMO.
