Value should be 85psi.
92134 one of BRs finest and she's been rebuilt.

Fodda wrote:Always on compressor... I thought I'd sorted that one. Is it happening directly with the engines from the DVD or is it an aliassed one again? If it's with the supplied eng files than we may need to issue a fix.

This should only occur with air braked engines.

Copy the line to any other eng file of the same class.
Hi Gary (and Chris)
Yes...its the air braked Class 45s they're set at 100.
I'd compared the line from the Class 46 lastnight (90), and found it....
I think no one else has noticed as the aliases to the Gp38 were wrong....well at least on my setup. One too many '../ '
Theres also one cabview file (44004 night) which has slipped through with the 'N's still in the graphics lines.
A note for others I've found by increasing slightly from 8.0 to 8.2 on the forwards view you get rid of the back of the drivers head.....and can still use the freight animation.
There are also a lot of case errors reported by Conbuilder, these may cause problems if the locos are used in activities at a later date, under XP.
I have to say, I do find Conbuilder brilliant for finding simple errors in all files.
Cheers
Jon

Jon

Thanks for finding all these little gremlins. Chris is pretty busy with other work for a while now but I'm sure that between us we can come up with a small patch for all these little "problems" at some time.

Thanks also for finding the correct value for the compressor as well. I'm away from MSTS for a while so was going from memory and couldn't remember the exact values etc.

LOL! I hadn't thought of moving the head view forwards a bit to clear the freight-anim problem! DOH! When I position the head view I try to ensure that the eyes are in the exact correct postition to make the view real. Of course, when the photos were taken, the camera was behind the seat, so you would see the back of bully's head if he were in the real cab! Shows that my guesstimations and hard work in eye positioning are pretty damn good though...

*smug mode* ;)

Chris
Any news on this ? :)
Fraid not as yet, been a busy bee, will hopefully get alook at it on the w/e. Away from home till then.
Just ran the same act and had the same prob, when the 47 arrived at rammy i even tried nudging up a little to see if it cleared but no luck! After a while it said act failed due to running red light but i didnt even move past it! One thing i did notice was the odd time table, 10 minutes to get from rawtenstall to Bury!, well i give it a good shot.... the 46 sounded ace doing 70mph past irwellvale!

Patches for activities uploaded.
Basically removed the traffic from the 46035 tour out and added consists as static, should be no problem getting through to the end now, know its not as interesting but cant be helped.

For Peak hauled Williton-Minehead ive moved the stock down the platform half a coach length, dont hit them too hard :-)

Well a huge bump to this thread for me to say thanks for a great CD that arrived this week. Sadly I haven't had time to do very much driving yet but the half hour I sampled was great until I got told to turn the volume down by the boss since she couldn't hear the TV downstairs :-?

Cheers
