where has goingnorth's ECML beta B download gone??? i just started downloading it and managed to get 2 files done then it had gone???

Him and Neutronic had a bit of a dispute, and he withdrew all of his services from this site, yes for good!

Its in the thread about "banking". As I understand it, Matt suggested that goingnorth and blackfour were the same person, because their posts seem to originate from the same IP address. Goingnorth took exception to this, and deleted all his files.

I wasn't going to reply, but that is a very serious acusation. Not least because of some of the things that were said by Adam. I've just asked him what his ISP is and it's AOL, mine is NTL NE based in Stockton.

I want to know how you got that information Matt. I will make inquiries with my ISP if necessary.

I'm not coming back in any case. But I will answer questions about this accusation. I'm not that dishonest nor that stupid to create two user names and pretend to be two people, I do know a little bit about the web. You better have proof Matt you've just made a very serious accusation as far as I'm concerned if that is the case, or tell me or everyone why you said what you said and I'll promise I will look into it.

Make your bloody mind up. Either stay or go, but stop messing everyone around. This thread started because some poor guy wanted to download your route and has gone away disappointed. I don't know enough about computers to comment on what Matt said (but why would he lie?), but I do know from private correspondence that I've had with other users that you and Blackfour were pissing people off. This forum exists to discuss msts and serves that purpose well. If all you two want to do is chat each other up (or talk to yourself, if Matt is right), then find another forum.

Matt's made a mistake....though he should have checked with myself and Adam before making such accusations. I'm not staying, I have enough of the whinging sods that can't get there own way or defend themselves in an arguement which results in personal remarks....which has happened more times than I care to remember.

I you don't like what I have to say then don't read it's your choice.

If people really are getting pissed off by silly banter to the extent they are email each other then grow-up.

I'm not pissed off by the banter, but what does annoy me is people that think I am here for their benefit. You were warned before and this is the straw that broke the Camels back.

I already apologised, I made a mistake and I'm perfectly happy to admit it.

The continual insulting now in the forums, and the previous irrelevant banter however is not acceptable.

If you don't want to stay goingnorth then I shan't/can't stop you. I have made my apology to both of you and there's not much more I can do.
