emergency brake shortcut backspace

Post by jow104 »

In the list of shortcuts for steamtrains the backspace is supposed to work I have never got this shortcut top operate on any of my steam engines which I have downloaded.
Does this mean that the engine designers are omitting this operation from their program.

Yeah I found that out a few months ago. Just driving a class 37 tapping a few keys when suddenly it stopped. It is handy because usually going into the cab and getting the brake handle on full can take quite a while! On some diesels I find the locomotive brake just as effective at the train brake. When you just use the loco brake the stock starts bouncing off the loco like in real life.
