Raildriver USB 2.0 Vs USB 1.0

Does anybody know is the "raildriver" more responsive using a USB 2.0 rather than the USB 1.0 port?
that the Raildriver should be using any where near the bandwidth provided by USB 1.0, let alone 2.0 (2.0 was generally built for stuff like printers & scanners which need to transfer large amounts of stuff)Cheers
