As there are not many engines provided, would anyone be interested in a download that offers most if not all of the current or recent resident WSR locomotives?
If there is enough interest I am going to contact the authors of suitable engines via pm (to get consent) and maybe get some reskinned with the right numbers.

I've already raised this issue on the Railwaves forum, and all that they ahve said is that there will be a Manor patch, but hopefully they'll release some more stock as well

My plan is to find freeware engines on UKTrainsim that are similar (for example, a 47xx as there is not a 38xx loco), as since I have not had much time to visit railways I can't tell the difference between some engines (like the GWR 2-8-0s). However I am worried that some people who are a lot more clued up than me will be able to tell that it is not the right type.dinmore wrote:I would be more than interested if it included 3850!!!!!!!!
Would this be OK?

If you mean the Flying Scotsman sounds, I agree they are awful.davvydo wrote:and 9351, also with proper sounds ! if it has the default ones i dont wanna know !
I use Stuart Williamsons 2 cylinder sound set in most of my locomotives, and I find them very realistic.
By the way, these are the locomotives I have done ready for upload (if I get permission which I am going to ask for soon)
GWR Large Prairie tank no 4160
GWR 38xx 2-8-0 no. 3850
BR Standard 4 tank no. 80136
BR Class 33 no D6566
BR Class 14 no D9526
If I do any more I will keep you updated.

Does anybody want to do this? I can't do it myself because I am totally inexperienced and I don't have the right programs.kirkheath wrote: Well, All that would be needed to be done probably is just change the cab to a collet version, i would attempt it but I haven't a clue what to do
I am waiting for other engines to come out that are suitable for use.
(p.s. I have got 0-6-0PT no. 6412 almost ready)
