Passenger view sounds

Can you set up the .wag file so that more than one sound plays at once (i.e. track sounds and music) while in passenger view?

Or is there a way so that you can hear all the external sounds in the passenger view if I moved it outside the carriage?

How can you adjust the volume of interior sound effects to be more balanced with exterior ones?

I have some stock where when you've a reasonable sound level outside a switch to passenger view almost blows you out of your seat
