There is one at http://www.uktrainsim.com/index.php?for ... texturing1.

After working through that and experimenting with the wagons mentioned above, I would ask further questions in forum 'Help for Beginners' and not 'General MSTS Discussion'.

And the one Daz attempted a few years ago went under because of various reasons. It's one thing to make a fictional route which people will take as sodor, but it's another to try and build a route as close as possible to how it appears in the TV series. There's a lot of stuff on that island!

Well that's in-part to people suddenly going paranoid over 'possible' copyright lawsuits 2-3 years ago. :-? If you look on UKTS you'll see a whole lot of Thomas related material...but once everyone was shouting about copyrights we (meaning the few of us who were making Thomas reskins and models back then) gave up :( I had a good model of Bill&Ben/Judy&Alfred coming along back then, and I ended up stuffing it due to all the paranoia. I haven't seen one yet...so there should be no danger.

Yip, Daz and me are still in contact and he was helping me with models etc... for the route.

I must go back to the route sometime in the near future and add in a few things etc.... just to spice it up a bit.

...and another still to make it according to Awdry's original maps:

Now there's a challenge :D

I did make it accordingly to the Rev.W.Awdrys map, so it just shows how sad i am.

I had all the track laid from Knapford to Crovans gate, the line to Ffarquar and beyond ( Toby's mine area ) was semi conmpleted and i had the track all the way to the Aluminium works. And also quite abit of it was scenerised, most of the buildings built by either me or Daz :D

Currently, I'm Trying to reskin something, but it's not troublesome trucks. It's Donald & Douglas, the two scottish twins. I decided to make a loco reskin since I learned that MSTS Locos come with a Bmp or Tga format under the samples folder. Download coming soon! :fist:

Donald and Douglas have already been made for msts quite a while ago.
However they were not released on UKTS but were made with assistance by myself.

If anyone wants me to upload these then please give me a shout and i'll dig em out as they contain both the twins and the utility coach that is seen in the middle of the two in the tv series.

Cheers
