vCTRL has disappeared from EuropeanBahn's website

Post by nickuk »

Has anyone else noticed that all trace of vCTRL, screenshots and all, as well as details of Adam/Lucazone have disappeared from the EB Site?

I find this a bit odd as the route was progressing well, does this mean the route has been scrapped or what?

That's odd - hope it doesn't mean it's not coming out - it was looking good. After all this time I can't believe it would though.

I seen to remember lucazone posting a photo of the box for the beta version, so I would have thought it was almost ready.

Maybe they're just keeping things close to their chest? Or maybe they're in the act of redoing the website? I noticed it was a bt out of date, WCW was still shown as a project rather than a product.

lol, LucaZone - the master of Vapourware Accousations has his route turned into the same?

Although Europeahnbahn discussion is banned here (is it?) I think the whole company might have gone a bit, awol? Not sure, but then LucaZone has also been banned from here and Moderators dont wish to talk about it, i did email him to ask about the route but no reply. I missed that one then!

I definitely wouldn't write the route off as vapourware - I'm still looking forward to seeing it.

The last screen shots looked quite good.

EB discussion is not banned. LucaZone was only banned because of the repeated trouble he caused, nothing at all to do with his association with EB.

Check out Lucazone's website, not a mention of EB and VCTRL now appears to be called "London Lille HSL & Eurostar"

Hi
I always think it was

"LONDON LILLE HSL for MS Train Simulator
Currently in production, this addon pack for Microsoft Train Simulator (working title - vCTRL) is designed to simulate the workings and infrastucture of the newly built, British engineering project 'The Channel Tunnel Rail Link'. "

http://www.freewebs.com/lucazone/vctrlgame.htm

And whilst I am someone who reguarly didn't see eye to eye with Lucazone....I dont think it totally fair to comment on a forum, where he cannot respond.

Cheers
Jon

Lucazone was saying it's going to be ready very soon very recently - so hopefully it's only good news.
