making tracks forum problem

Sorry to put this here but i'm not sure where else to put it as because of the design of their web site it mean i cannot email them.

I can't log in to their forums as its telling me "wrong usename or password."

i have registered and received an account activation email
i have also changed the password and activated that anyone from making track here that can help?

i guess it does but as i don't use an email program that IE can open automatically i don't know as there is no displayed email address to use
and i didn't want to reply to the original email sent by the forum as sometimes these addresses don't work or they go to the wrong person.
i have now posted in the open forum, sorry i didn't know it was there
i've been working 15 hour days the last week or so so i'm suffering from little bit of computer blindness

Posting an email address causes far to much spam, so its done differently so that the spambots will leave us alone.
Too much spam coming in would risk real emails being missed or deleted.
